A safari quote is not one price — it is beds, vehicles, flights, park fees and activities, each multiplied by something different. The builder keeps every one of them attached to the day it happens on, and re-prices the trip whenever one moves.
A day-by-day spine
Set the arrival date and the nights at each stop; every day is numbered and dated for you. Pass-through stops with no overnight sit on the timeline too, so a transfer day is never lost.
Real lodges and camps
Search accommodation by name and attach one property per stop with its nightly price. Nights and rooms are multiplied out for you, so the bed cost follows any change to the timeline.
Road transfers and flights
Every gap between two stops takes a leg: a road transfer with its vehicle and price, or a flight priced per person. The arrival and departure legs at each end of the trip count too.
Park and conservation fees
Add fees per person, and mark the ones charged for each day in the park so they scale with nights instead of being counted once.
Experiences from your library
Game drives, balloon flights, cultural visits: keep them in a reusable library, priced per person, and attach them to the stops where they happen.

Do I need an account to use it?
No. There is nothing to sign up for and nothing to install. Open the page and start building.
Where are my itineraries stored?
In your own browser on the device you build on. Nothing is uploaded to a server, which also means an itinerary will not follow you to another computer, and clearing your browser data clears your itineraries with it.
Which countries can I build itineraries for?
Any country in Africa. You pick the countries a trip covers when you create it, and the destination and lodge search is limited to those countries so the results stay relevant.
Can I export the itinerary as a PDF?
Yes. The preview prints through your browser’s print dialog, where you choose "Save as PDF" to get a file you can attach to an email or send on WhatsApp.
Which currency does it price in?
US dollars. Every price you enter and every total the builder shows — per line, per person and for the trip — is in USD.
Can I use it for my safari business?
Yes. It is built as an itinerary builder for safari businesses: consultants and agencies quoting trips for clients, not travellers planning their own holiday. Nothing you build is published or shared unless you send it.
Can I put my own logo on the itinerary document?
Not yet. The document carries Savanna Sync branding in this first version; your own branding on client documents is part of the paid product rather than the free builder.
How is this different from a safari itinerary template?
A template is a document you fill in by hand and re-do the arithmetic on for every change. The builder holds the itinerary as data, so moving a night or swapping a lodge re-prices the whole trip and re-lays out the document for you.
