These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of the Savanna Sync website atsavannasync.com (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. Savanna Sync is based in Nairobi, Kenya.

Who may use the Site

You may use the Site if you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and able to enter a binding agreement. If you use the Site on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these Terms for it.

Using the Site

• You may use the Site for lawful purposes — to learn about Savanna Sync, join the waitlist, book a demo, and download resources we make available.
• You must not misuse the Site: no attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it, no scraping or automated collection beyond normal search-engine indexing, no reverse engineering, and nothing that breaches applicable law or infringes others’ rights.

Waitlist & communications

Joining the waitlist or requesting a demo lets us contact you about Savanna Sync; it does not guarantee access to the product, or any particular price or timeline. You can ask us to stop sending you messages at any time.

Information & pricing

Information on the Site — including features, plans and pricing — is provided for general guidance, may change, and does not constitute an offer or a binding contract. The terms that govern theSavanna Sync product, subscriptions, trials and payments are presented to you when you sign up for the service and apply to the product in place of these Terms.

Intellectual property

The content, branding, design and code of the Site are owned by Savanna Sync or its licensors and are protected by law. You may view and use the Site for its intended purpose, but you may not copy, reproduce, modify or reuse our content or branding except as allowed by law or with our written permission.

Free templates & downloads

Any templates or resources we offer for download are provided for you to use in your own business. They are provided “as is” and for general information only — they are not legal, tax, financial or other professional advice, and you are responsible for how you use them.

Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites or services we do not control (for example WhatsApp or a scheduling tool). We are not responsible for their content, practices or availability, and their own terms and privacy policies apply.

No warranty

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep it accurate, secure and available but do not warrant that it will be error-free, uninterrupted or free of harmful components, and we do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of its content.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, and the courts of Kenya have jurisdiction over any dispute relating to the Site or these Terms.
